An old established Lodge (founded in 1861) that meets in its permanently set up Lodge Rooms at The Masonic Hall, Cokayne Avenue, in the picturesque market town of Ashbourne. The Lodge celebrated it’s 150th anniversary in February 2011. We have a reputation for welcoming visitors and offering a warm & convivial atmosphere. As a result we have attracted many joining members. We have a good range of age and levels of seniority (from Grand Lodge to Entered Apprentices). As well as our regular Lodge meetings we have an active, more informal, ‘Lodge of Instruction’ that meets on the 2nd Monday of the months October to April. The Lodge also have social occasions that are family inclusive. These include a formal Ladies Evening and a Christmas get together.
